About this role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to join Halliday as our first dedicated talent acquisition. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and recruit top talent across the business. This is a unique opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up and make a significant impact on the company's growth and culture.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top-tier talent in alignment with Halliday's growth goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including working with external firms, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to ensure an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing new hiring practices from the ground up
  • Experience in and familiarity with blockchain companies and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced startup.
