Role Overview:

As a BD lead, you will own the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstration, contract negotiation, and onboarding of new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: Identify, research, and engage with high-quality developers that align with Halliday’s offerings.
  • Outbound prospecting: Utilize outbound sales techniques such as email, social media, and industry events to connect with potential clients and gauge interest.
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct discovery conversations to assess developers’ needs and determine fit with Halliday solutions.
  • Research-driven outreach: Research prospects thoroughly and tailor messaging to align Halliday’s value proposition for key decision-makers.
  • CRM management: Manage the in an accurate and timely manner for all prospects and leads.
  • Relationship management: Maintain existing ecosystem relationships with RAAS, individual blockchains, and developers building modular chains.

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years experience in crypto projects in crypto projects in business development or growth roles.
  • Experience with sales and lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization.
  • You are a quick learner and comfortable with ambiguity
  • You have a track record of selling complex solutions.
